Welcome

As you may have already assumed I've decided to try and run a blog. Now, I'm no psalmist when it comes to my writing, I certainly am no deep minded philosopher, and I defiantly have no right to be considered an expert follower of Christ, but I guess you could say that that is the point of why this whole thing started. I want to tell my story and capture the journey of my life with all the good parts and not so good parts on display for anyone to see. The more I think about it, the more I realize how rare it is to watch the story of someone who has no idea what they're doing unfold. From start to, well, somewhere further down the line. The good, the bad, the ugly, and the best. I want to show it all. The latter part of my un-qualifications may be the main reason for this blog in the first place. I'm a horrible follow of Christ, but so are you, so is everyone. These stories are a chance to show the realness and honesty of wanting nothing more but to follow Him. It's hard and I just started. But, I've found the more I follow the crazier it gets, and I don't feel like it's fair to not share that. I'm not qualified to run a blog, and I definitely know I'm not qualified to preach the Gospel, but I don't think that's how God works. We are all unqualified and never will we be qualified, but if we focus solely on the task of becoming qualified we will miss the small window of opportunity God gives us to use the yes in our hearts that says I am willing. This is more than a blog for me, This is a yes in my heart to documenting and sharing things that hopefully will help and change others lives. I hope this blog gives something to someone, even if it is just me. Either way, I'm excited to start something new.
